The following is a (rather incomplete) list of typewriters in film and on television. Where I can, I've included the make and model depicted. If you have an addition or a correction, please leave it in the comments below!
Movies
Atonement--Corona #3 Portable, Royal 10. Addition courtesy of IDreamLo-Tech.
Captain America (2011)--Several 1940s Royal desktops pop up throughout the film.
Catch Me if You Can (2002)--There are several models in this film, but being mostly from the 1960's they are beyond my era of expertise (if you can call it that).
The End of the Affair--Found courtesy of IDreamLo-Tech.
The Fly--Found courtesy of IDreamLo-Tech.
Iron Jawed Angels (2004)--Mabel seems to be the resident expert, spending part of her screen time repairing a machine of indeterminate make. There is a Royal portable in the public area of the NWP headquarters that is used by Emily Layton, and Alice Paul keeps an Underwood on her desk.
The King's Speech (2010)--Lional has an Oliver in his office, a 9?
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005)--Remington portable, in the final scene where Robert Downy Jr. addresses the camera.
Mary and Max (2009)--Max uses an Underwood, though it's been adapted for cartoon shorthand. Mary also uses a typewriter at one point, but I'm not sure of the specific model or even if one is intended
Moulin Rouge (2001)--Underwood (5?), used by Ewan McGreggor's character.
The Year of Living Dangerously--Found courtesy of IDreamLo-Tech.
Television
Any Human Heart--Logan's typewriter of choice is an Imperial from the late 1920s
Charmed: That 70s Episode--A WWII era Royal pops up briefly in the attic (S1, E17).
Star Trek TOS: Assignment Earth--The machine that appears in this episode is voice activated. (S2, E26)
